| • | This fee includes each contestants national opening number outfit, full page advertisement in the National Program Book. The National Office suggests you try to attain 10 sponsors at $100.00. If you secure these 10 sponsors @ $100.00, these sponsors will pay your total entry fee PLUS 1 night stay at the host hotel. |
